As a security precaution, all passwords are encrypted. This means nobody knows the password but you. If you forget your cPanel Login Password, please send an eMail to Support and new one will be created for you.

Note: Your user ID & PW for cPanel is the same for FTP and, if used, FrontPage.

If you do forget your cPanel Password, your "Welcome eMail" provides a link to download a handy program for revealing Passwords. You can use it to see your Password in your FTP program for example, even though it is starred out, then you know what your cPanel Password is.
